Preparations for the next edition of our Tournament are underway.
We are looking for International Qualified Referees!
The tournament is conducted with a team of more than 40 international qualified referees. If You are an international accredited referee and want to participate to our tournament, feel free to contact us through: info@judovenray.nl for more details.
We provide a per diem allowance, meals during the tournament, travel expenses and overnight accommodation at the Centre Parcs cottages.
Judovereniging Venray conducts its 49th. International Judo Tournament on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 June 2024.
In the past, more than 1600 judoka's from over 30 countries all around the world, gathered each year in Venray (South East Netherlands), to participate in this great tournament.
Registration starts in January 2024.
Friday 31 May 2024: 16:00-20:00: Weighing for early Saturday categories
Saturday 1 June 2024: 08:30: U10, U12, U15, Seniors
Saturday 1 June 2024: 16:00 - 19:00: Weighing for early Sunday categories
Sunday 2 June 2024: 09:00: U18, U21
Jenny was inaugurated into the Wall Of Fame during our 2020 Tournament
Edith was inaugurated into the Wall Of Fame during our 2018 Tournament
Bert was inaugurated into the Wall Of Fame during our 2018 Tournament
Anicka was inaugurated into our Wall Of Fame during the 2017 Tournament
Theo was inaugurated into our Wall Of Fame during the 2017 Tournament
The Place we use to honor our special participants in the past and conduct our present award winners ceremony.
Poule games are played on eight Tatami's in our Main hall
Final games are played on a special Tatami in Final Hall, including large screen video registration
All Tatami's are equipped with three jurors including sophisticated hard- and software
Coaches are able to support their pupils near the Tatamis.
Medals for winners (first, second and both third places) in each category
Sponsored opportunities along Tatamis and on multiple near-casting displays
Ceremony in Finale hall near our "Wall of Fame"
A meet and greet is hosted on Saturday evening for participants
Final games are video registered and shown on a large video wall as well as streamed to social media

The Tournament organization provides the following additional support to its participants at reduced rates:
Dusseldorf [DUS], Weeze [NRN] and Eindhoven [EIN] airports are within an hour driving from our Tournament location.
Overnight accomodation at reduced prizes in lodges and/or hotels close to the Tournament location.
Car lease discount on cars during the Tournament period.
