De initiële inschrijving is gesloten. Nieuw geregistreerde judoka's worden alleen nog toegevoegd aan de Reservelijst.
Clubs zijn via e-mail geinformeerd over het definitieve aantal aan hun toegewezen plaatsen op het toernooi.

Meer dan 1500 judoka's hebben al ingeschreven. Zorg er voor dat U voor eind april heeft ingeschreven. Inschrijvingen na 30 april komen waarschijnlijk op de Reservelijst.

Helaas, kunnen wij niet meer bemiddelen in hotelkamers. Alle beschikbare hotelkamers die we hadden zijn inmiddels geboekt.
Wij hebben nog wel beschikking over chalets in Centre Parcs Limburgse Peel.

Buiten het toernooi kan de organisatie de volgende aspecten faciliteren tegen gereduceerde prijzen
Poule games are played on eight Tatami's in our Main hall
Final games are played on a special Tatami in Final Hall, including large screen video registration
All Tatami's are equipped with three jurors including sophisticated hard- and software
International accredited referees from different countries guarantee excellent judging
Coaches are able to support their pupils near the Tatamis.
Medals for winners (first, second and both third places) in each category
Ceremony in Finale hall near our "Wall of Fame"
Sponsored opportunities along Tatamis and on multiple near-casting displays
A meet and greet is hosted on Saturday evening for participants
Final games are video registered and shown on a large video wall as well as streamed to social media
